Had many a good time in the back of a ht pv,,to be able to grow up at that time in the 70s and 80s ill say were the best times on this planet we had it all the music the cars and more than anything great mates
My first car was a Datsun 120Y panel Van some 40 years later I drive a Toyota Camry hearse panel Van as my daily driver im going to take it to amazing events like this as soon as I fix Welsh plug cheers Stephen 🤠✌️✌️
@@chuckmaddison2924 even though I’m a through and through Holden man and always will be and did have a XB van at one stage ( had to have exorcism for that one 😂 😂) but I always loved the drifter vans and one of my best mates had one that we always parked them side by side at Van shows. Go the mighty Mopars !!!
@Colin Miles My friend had a 1966 225 wagon . That was perfect, never failed. Must have been an issue with that body style. It is safe to say the Valiant D type 6 got less burnt valves than Holden red 6. Based on all the head swaps I sold.

I currently own an '88 Falcon XF van and have owned it for many years. It hasn't run in about 15 years or so and admittedly it's in pretty poor condition body wise (very rusty). It's a 3 on the tree manual shift with the small 3.3 litre 6 cylinder Ford engine. It's actually quite tidy upholstery wise, needing a good clean up though. The cargo area is VERY solid, no rust (that I can see) and it has barn doors, one of which is damaged when I reversed into an unseen bollard at St. Mary's Cathedral in Sydney. I BELIEVE it could have been a police "paddy wagon" or "divvy van", however this advice is from a friend who knows Fords quite well. I don't need the van any longer and was wondering if anyone could give me a guide line as to it's worth on the market? I understand that Ford no longer produces panel vans as such so if it's worth anything to a collector (probably for parts only) please let me know. That's it for now so many thanks in advance and take care.
I don't get the obsession with death, end of days, skeletons and the devil being worshipped in panel vans. A plain beaut paint job is enough and a nice mural.
I wanna go to one of these events and just run around selling heavy duty shock absorbers to all these porkers..lol. im sure they could always use a backup set!

Great to see vans getting a comeback. I had mine in the 70-80s and regret to this day selling it. Would do anything to have another HQ van today.
