€245.000 is not a bad price for such a nice property. I like everything about the place. Someone needs to put all that wood in the shed so it stays dry. 😂😅😂😅 Ciao
Ah, you don’t have a wood fire! The wood is ‘green’ & needs to stay outside for at least 4-6 months to dry. Any rain will just lie on the surface & dry in an hour or so.
i like the setting of the Property really private but close to town , and inside a really beautiful and functional setup , with Toilettes and bathrooms where you need them ..the british think practical in italien owned properties i always get the idea once finished they make a list ;living room check ,Terrace check, kitchen check , bedroom 1 , 2 ,3 check attic for storage check , Cantina check everything there ......oh no we forgot a bathroom lets put it in the cantina and the Toilet on the Stairway to the Attic so its ithe farthest away from every other room in the house
Nice shutters on the exterior patio! I have them on all windows of my house for security. I have the same rod to crank them up and down and you are right. They are not cheap! I have a steel shipping container at my home and my RV park. For the durability and ease of installation, these are an excellent choice. You should do this Rino.
This place has a lot going for it. Would I make a few minor cosmetic changes? Sure. When you came up the stairs to that living area my first thought was that this side of the house would make a perfect owner's retreat.

Rino, the name of the bed is called a loft bed and they are common with kids and students in US.
