@@starshine311 just being honest , people blame weed for being lazy, nah you just chose to be lazy. I still make massive progress in a lot of areas and still smoke weed . Since I’m a bodybuilder I can’t really drink or anything else
@YogiB Sugar for instance? OK. Whenever the urge for something sweet arises make that your trigger to say a short prayer, chant, bible verse, aphorism or whatever floats your boat. The pleasure of your 'prayer' dissolves the urge for something sweet.
