I thought there is a Ranma 1/2 game in 2018, but it turns out it's a collaboration with Schoolgirls Strikers. Still, considering that we'll have a Urursei Yatsura reboot in 2022, a modern reboot of Ranma 1/2 is probably not far behind. Maybe around 2023 or 2024.

Probably it would had been too consuming and detailed to do that for that system, the other thing is that if he freaked out, he wouldn't be able to continue and the fight would be over everytime she turned into a cat which would be really boring. At least they kept some consistency like Ryoga not transforming while fighting Akane, since she didn't know about him.

Ranma would be perfect for smash bros ultimate or another smash bros game he could have similar move sets like ryu and Myra and pythra as a down b (switching) as female Ranma he is faster but not as strong but as male Ranma he is strong but not fast HED BE A PERFECT FOT FOR SMASH BROS

A friend got this device from Hong Kong that plugs on top of the SNES that does a few things, including playing foreign games and a slot for 3.5" floppy that allows saving/copying games. So we could play games that's been saved on a floppy disk from anywhere. I remember playing this guy with an umbrella (later found out to be Ryoga) 🤣
That turn based JRPG and the last fighting title, both for the Super Famicom, look pretty good. I wish I knew japanese so I could play them on my Super Famicom :v

Unfortunately, yes. I would pay 100$ and even more for an action/RPG game with Ranma 1/2 characters and an original story developed for current gaming platforms, but no one's ever gonna do it😞
My favorite part is that Ranma 1/2 Hard Battle was released in the US during the first season, so nobody knew who like 90% of the cast was. Ryoga? Shampoo? Mousse? Ukkyo (spelled wrong)? Who are they? And who's this Principal that refuses to the a character?

Evolution my a$$. Anime was at its best along with its beautiful, genuine and unique art quality in the 80s and 90s. All they did was ruin it. I was bottled fed on the 80s and 90s so I'm certainly keen enough to know how spectacular anime was as well as the jrpgs-why ff7 is being recalled and reborn! Masterpieces, classics never die!! Same as the use to block buster movies of the 90s. (I saw Jurassic World 3...it was okay. Thats all. So predictable and bland. Jurassic Park is still unbeatable!! Feels more ferocious and savage in its own right)

If you mean Jump Force or any of the Shonen Jump games, then sorry. Ranma was never published in Shonen Jump, so he will never appear in those.

None of these games were that good compared to the series (some of them were quite ghastly) but a few of them looked fun to play 😁
