The thing is amber is known to do drugs. So it's possible but when I noticed it myself while watching the trial I was trying to wrap my head around how she could get away with doing that in front of 100 plus people and cameras.

For hearsay, you can’t ask for what someone else said. You have the opportunity to bring those people on the stand to say what they said, but you don’t get to just say what they said without them being able to back that up. But they didn’t bring any of those people forward as witnesses. Her legal team were dire!!! Lol
She's sniffing pepper-mint to make her cry and that's why later on she actually wipes her forheard very close to her eyes.
Camille Vasquez just savaged both Elaine and Amber during this trial. And in my opinion, was instrumental in Johnny's victory.
Oh and she was made a partner at her law firm. They definitely didn't want to lose her.
As far as her sniffing the tissue I've heard 2 different viewpoints on this that are interesting. A lot of people are saying that she used what is called a bump bullet which is like a capsule that you put cocaine in and gently pop to sniff it, the other thought I've heard was that it was a Vicks inhaler of tissue with Vicks Vapo rub in it to help make her eyes water since her own acting coach testified that she can't cry when acting. Both are possible and crack me up!🤦🏼♀️🙄🤣
I know this is old but the whole idea that she would do a bump of cocaine in the court is insane. I mean, she is nuts but come on - there is no way anyone would walk into a court of law, surrounded by officers, cameras and a full jury and do cocaine on the stand. (Also, she showed no real symptoms of being on cocaine) I'm sure she was using something to make herself cry since (I believe) this was the second day and she was widely slammed on the internet for not shedding a tear despite her overacting on the first day of testimony.

Elaine, Amber's lawyer, kept trying her questions most likely because she didn't trust Amber would respond as desired. Amber kept saying too much making her team's work harder 🤣🤣🤣 Elaine kept trying to lead her in very specific direction but leading is not allowed outside of redirecting. I learned a lot with this case 🤣🤣🤣🤣

@21:07 she wanted johnny to look at her... and she took her time geting off the stand so she could be next to him. he only went out that door everyday and she was standing at that door knowing that the judge said they can go on their brake. she backed up acting.

I hate the fact that the majority of Amber heard‘s defense was that Johnny was using drugs and drink a lot and so because of that of course he had to of been abusive. And that’s just not the case, plenty of people enjoy drugs and alcohol sometimes to excess without being hateful or violent to anyone.
And another thing, this is how desperate she is, she literally threw her dad under the bus with Johnny in an effort to emphasize the drug and alcohol use. Ughh.

About the snort it's possibly menthol. Amber was trying real hard ta cry wen she was testifying, but no tears, no snot, no restriction in her vocal cords, nothing. it's thought ta be menthol which is a trick ta help actors cry on scene. She never pulled the tissue from the box sitting on the witness stand in front of her, but suddenly she has this tissue.... theres another part where she's trying ta work herself up, and puts the tissue on her forehead n the bridge of her nose. Probably because snorting it wasn't enough. Menthol is typically dabbed between your eyes or next to them ta make them water. She was trying not ta be conspicuous the first time, it didn't work because it wasn't strong enough when inhaled so she tried ta dab it near her eyes without touching them. Getting menthol directly in her eyes by actually pretending ta wipe tears wld have been more effective tbh 1. It wldnt stand out so much n 2. Her eyes wld have been burning n she wld have actually managed ta cry....

A little context...Johnny won $10 million in compensatory damanges and $5 million in punitive damages but punitive damages can only go up to $350,000 so she owed him $10.3 million but since she won $2 million, that means that she owes him $8.3 million so all in all he doesn't have to pay anything to her.
P.S. Lily Rose, the one they were talking about is Lily Rose Depp, Johnny Depp's daughter. Depp said his kids (Jack and Lilly) didn't like the way Amber would speak to their dad.

Her whole case was like this guys no0thing made any sense and none of the pictures she showed had any relation to the weird ass hyper exaggerated stories she made up.
