Loving the switch from you being behind the camera to being in front - this is how a tour should look - you in front of the camera, guiding us around. You could do better & get a gimbal to stabilise the video a bit more. I’d also recommend trying to keep the camera on you, where possible, while you’re walking around, so it actually feels like you’re giving the viewer a walkthrough :)
