I've watched so many of these videos and read all of the comments saying they passed thanks to Travis's videos, hoping it would be the same for me. Well, I took my test and passed! Thank you Travis! So much of what you taught in these videos played in my head as I took my exam!
I understand you don't Djidt the subject but I don't understand how you are subtracting or adding on the comparison side please help I just don't get it

That is different in every market. Different sets of buyers have different preferences. In some areas, pools add value while in some areas pools detract value.
Is the VA Loan still the same? We had a practice question asking if a Vet could purchase an 80,000 home with a 75,000 loan. And the supposed answer was “yes, he just has to pay the extra 5,000.” Which is true? Thanks!
Hi Travis! I got a question on my practice exam which was "How long does an appraiser need experience before they are licensed to appraise by themselves?" All the answers were months or years. Do you know? How long does it take to do 200 appraisals?

National would be the same for all states just the state exams are different.
