Is HTTP/2 supported for both client and server sides from version 14.X ? Some articles say it is supported from 16.X and only server side is supported in 14.X.

I need to do http/2 communication from F5.
1. Does it support http2 automatically
2. Or do we need to do cofiguration on F5 to supports http2
3. If we need to do in configuration what are the steps in F5

HTTP/2 support was added in version 11.6, and it's an optional feature. So, you would have to configure it. Here's an article that outlines some of the details: support.f5.com/kb/en-us/products/big-ip-aam/manuals/product/aam-concepts-11-6-0/15.html

Does the BIGIP do 1.1 to 2 translation? Or does it just load balance to an app server that speaks the correct language via an iRule?

yes it supports translation. EA in 11.6, GA in 12.0
