Plum bread and cheese is a common Lincolnshire specialty. Also my grandads favourite thing to do with Christmas pudding was to fry slices in butter and serve with cream :)
In Lithuania we also have a form of apple cheese which is basically a jam squeezed and into a cheese mold and dried to a point where you can eat as a sweet cheese. It's really lovely!
This whole video is amazing. I love when we see Kathy as herself. But the best treat of all is the doggo. And scolding him that he can't walk in and walk away because they know people love dog cameos

I have been looking all over for this recipe, thank you. My grandmother used to make this when I was a child accompanied with a brandy hard sauce. The sauce is what makes the difference. I remember well the crunch of the fig seeds. It was not a sweet pudding, but sweet enough… Because it was the sauce that made all the difference. I have never had Weetabix, but in my memory this was absolutely delicious. Across the pond here in America, most recipes have way too much sugar for me. Looking forward to trying this.Thank you.
