I use this to play along with on my acoustic kit it helps to keep in time for w fast song.

I put it on 1,25 x time. And play it on my drums. Now my hands are bleeding

Unless it has been featured in a music game with seperate tracks (guitar, bass, drums etc split into different audio files) such as Rock Band or Guitar Hero, you're screwed.
