No contact should always end in permanent removal of the ex from your life. Makes no sense to heal what someone else broke without their help but give them the benefit of the improved you. Unless your goal is to repeat the cycle, that person should never again have access to you.

That’s a very self-contradicting statement. You’re talking about growing and healing and become an improved version of yourself, but also implying that an ex can’t heal and become a better version of themselves.
And you're also not being honest to yourself. You talk as if the only one wrong was your partner. Have you ever thought about the idea that the relationship broke because she was missing something from you? I mean, thats the whole point of no contact, to level up and work on yourself. Means that you were not your best in your previous relationship. So when both come from a new improved place, you certainly can reignite what was. These "never go back" statements are so small minded and usually come from people who's ego are to big to see what's true. Sorry but the truth needs to be spoken.

Distancing myself from my ex was the best-thing I've ever experienced in my life. People just need to know that the years of pain and change of routine IS temporary and you WILL come out better for it if you focus on yourself.

@@ebonyeverything2751 she reached out years ago. But I already moved on mentally. It hurt like hell at first but the time allowed me to assess what/who I really need. That helped land me my wife of 21 years. Never looked back.
No contact is what the Lord does to us when we start pulling away and overlooking the values he's done for us. So no contact is a gift from God to us. Again, it's a healing for YOU!!! Be different if they come back. Be strong
I’m doing great lost 25 pounds feeling and looking beautiful new hair style, new clothes my ex saw me the other day at at Karaoke he just kept staring at me where ever I went he was right there then he walked over and said hi I said hi and kept it moving then he texted me 2 days after said I looked nice and Happy Mothers Day!! This was for me never felted BETTER!!😍

Where you felt good about yourself, so how are you mentally if you don't mind me asking....the quickest way to thinking you have moved on, is when the mind tricks you to feeling good and getting compliments....but then you still have the mental games going on behind close doors. When you get back home. When it's just you and your thoughts.....don't believe in just feeling great and getting looks and compliments will do the trick...it doesn't. It's a mind body and soul game. True healing comes from above, which flows throughout 😊

It's a funny thing. Once you've been no contact for a long time, you realize your ex ain't shit. Never tried to contact mine back once after we broke up. Not ONCE. She reached out after some time and I gave her the cold shoulder. She won't ever get access to me again after she chose to leave the relationship for someone else. That's called self respect and self love. And sometimes, that is all you need. 🙏

I was frustrated because she wouldn't listen to the problem i was having. I voiced my frustration! She claims thats why she divorced me! I verbally expressed my frustration . But i didn't want to loose my marriage. The way she got out of the marriage i thought she may have cheated. Then here after we've been divorced a year now . I see she's been flirting with a guy on social media. It feels like we got divorced all over again!

I might sound desperate but I do. Me and my ex have been in a 3 year long distance relationship and it was the best time of both of our lives because before our relationship we didn't have anyone to talk to anytime we want and share our secrets together and do a lot of different things, that's why the break up effected me heavy. The reason why we broke, while we did have problem and arguments, it was all mainly fueled by the fact that we're long distance and we both have strict parents and we live in a traditional society. I started no contact a month and a half ago and in the last few days i was hopeless in the last few days that she wouldn't contact me but she contacted me yesterday. I did everything coachBlac told us to do when an ex reaches out, I don't what's going to happen in the future but I'm not sure what i want. I really love my ex and i would love to be back with her but i don't want to get obsessed with her again also she's in a relationship currently, even though it will most likely fail because it's a rebound and she contacted me 3 times complaining to me from her new bf, still i feel like he has a mark on her and he could also get get back just like i would so I'm not really sure. Most likely I'm staying single my whole life because i genuinely don't have any interest in love anymore

Coach I did a UNO reverse move. I’m on day 80 of no contact and last time my ex reached out he found out I was in his town visiting my family. He immediately suggested that we should meet two days after. I told him it’s a shame that I’m leaving the next day and there is no time. Unfortunately he didn’t offer to meet me sooner, something that he would do if he really wanted to see me. Then he suggested another date, in two months when he’ll be visiting the city I work at. Do you think he was mad from not announcing sooner that I was in town? I surely showed some character though and didn’t chase him or informed him in order to meet. What do you think?

It's really terrible when a woman hurts you, and then they leave, and then they come back and expect you to be stronger and better. How is that right or fair???
My ex have reached out at least 15 times in the last 7 months only to receive no response...
My ex girlfriend was a narcissist. She kept on contacting me from different email accounts. It was annoying and I decided to stop her reaching out to me. For my last birthday greetings from her I responded her after a couple of days that her phone number is no longer in my contacts over 2 months because I didn't even wanted to allocate any space for her even in my blocked list. And I wouldn't believe in her drama anymore and told her to go away and get lost.
It has been several months by now. I am in peace without her emails. I learnt that certain people have to be treated in certain ways.
A relit cigarette never tastes the same. Even giving that 🐩 the time of day exercises the same scarcity mindset mentioned in this video. Use it as a learning experience, improve from the strike out, throttle in on your self improvement, and TAKE A NEW AT BAT WITH A NEW WOMAN!
