I tried this tonight for dinner OMG it is amazing I have never tasted anything like it. My son doesn't like tomato so I substituted it for capsicum, i also added a slice of ham lol. It was amazing thank you for sharing.
Whoever is reading this- MAKE THIS NOW! It’s so so good!! I have a Frigidaire oven, so I left it in for 15 more minutes and it was perfect! So good juicy chicken, right amount of flavor and filling! Definitely a keeper.

Made tonight and very good. Thanks for the recipe. The only thing is that the steps are incorrect in showing doing the mustard & mayo spread after it is taken out of the oven. Also, I used spinach in the salad in place of the basil.

The filling is the same I use in a stuffed salmon recipe that is traditional for Christmas dinner or o tv her special occasions: no tomato. And the filling is mixed together and spread over the salmon wrapped in puff pastry and egg wash brushed on top. The hard cheese I use is Gruyere cheese. Super simple easy 400*/18-20 minutes.
Also, sticking your knife into the chicken breast and creating a pocket will allow less filling to spill out and you can not have to crowd your chicken breast in the pan which will allow for more quick, even cooking
