That's rough, the water leaks can be hard to find. I had a leak coming in from a broken cabin vent in the rear of the cabin. Normal F150 vents go in from the inside of the cab, but the raptor comes in from the exterior so Ford had to pull the bed. They fixed the AC drain recall at the same time to avoid having the condensation drain into the cabin as well. Your sunroof drains are the most likely cause though. The tube can come undone where it exits the cabin in the rear or the drain can become clogged which allows the water to sit in the roof and overflow or pour out when you start driving. You have to remove the A and C pillars to follow the hose to the exit and make sure they didn't come undone. You can use weed whacker string to run through the drain hose from the sunroof to clear it. Lots of bend in the hose so this takes patience.
