I’m here too. Want to learn more on setting key areas in the higher time frame . The video you put out the other day touched on it but I wasn’t clear on it . Thank you so much . Finding you vids makes me feel more confident I will be a profitable trader
For those nervous about this market full of scammers and Furus, I will go on record as saying that Casper trades what he teaches and teaches what he trades 100%.
Except for today short, taken without waiting for fvg. It’s the most annoying thing about “trading teachers”, they show something and then they flex trades they take out of the rules they teach.
@@AldoZorzi meh, I saw a valid trade there. And his entry was discretionary. 🤷🏽♂️ You can still learn a lot with how he executed/executes. If you’re not there yet, I can see how it can be frustrating.
Thank you, Casper! As a new trader, your videos have been an incredible help. The way you break down complex concepts like FVGs makes it so much easier to understand and apply. I’m already seeing improvements in my trading, thanks to your guidance. Keep up the great work!❤❤
Thank you for this! This is the exact problem I'm having! I was literally talking about this the other day that this is where I struggle the most. How ironic. Really appreciate this video thanks.
hey jessi can you make a video abaut break away gaps it will become much clear about your theory AkA displesment and it will privent treaders from missing money on the market
I need a companion video to this one. I’m not clear exactly on what an inverted FVG means. I think it means a gap that gets filled and pushed through. In curious why/how the name “inverted” was tied to it. A video elaborating more on the gaps themselves would likely help it click for me.
@8:49 Here I would think the big bearish FVG has been inverted while creating a new bulish FVG, so I would expect that last FVG to hold and I would be bullish. How does taking out the high overrule these FVG's?
Ahhhh, the bearish FVG is ALSO inverted and then your bias changes again! Big insight. Thanks. (You can even get out in profit on your bullish trade if you where already in.)
Hi Casper, in AUDUSD i see two gaps downside , one in premium and one in discount. Also looks like an inverted FVG. the upper FVG breaks the structure and lower FVG Inverts. Not sure which one to trade in NY session, Please help.
how about a giveaway where you add one or more of your subscribers to your mentorship and record their progress, where you can show exactly what you can do and that you can do it with anyone?
Ok, got the point, but on the ifvg, how you say that when price comes back into the fvg it will be wicked, and you get the entry, and then reverses and get's you the ifg. You know before hand will be a ifg, you don't, and enter at the fvg, and sl
Great vid! But I tend to notice when I’m on the charts & there’s multiple FVGs and Liquidity points and I’m not sure which is the correct one. Even when I see a mss on LTF with HTF bias and enter the trade I get stopped out
Feel like you missed something here bro understand the bias part and FVGs should hold and if not the draw is the opposing side of the market but didn’t explain about what timeframes to use when doing this or trade management and SL placement anyways a good video apart from that. Thanks casper
Casper, let's say the market is heading north after a bullish FVG. Let's also say there are no bearish FVGs. Do you assume the market keeps heading north until a bearish FVG is formed?
Quick question, Jesse. When you price weight, and it takes a swing high/low, do you shift the stop to above/below the candle previous on execution TF (ie. 1 minute), or something larger like a 5 minute?
7:30 am means 6 am market open and after 1:30 hour later?i always confused.i am pakistan. can you make it simple? when u say 7:30am its mean after 1:130 hour later of ny open?????? plz reply
casper is it common on days for very few fvgs to be present on charts. Today ive been looking at futures and forex, not great pickings on fvgs, is that normal?
What if the same FVG is 2 sided on 4H, but 1 sided on 1H? When market is bullish and on 4H first candle is down closed, but on 1H all 3 candles are up closed?
Backtested this and it does not work. FVGs is not enough for a consistently winning strategy. In fact FVGs, order blocks, volume imbalances, OTE and all PD arrays is not enough. Without being able to identify the narrative of the market, what it is doing and which pool of liquidity it is going for, nothing will work. PD arrays, by in themselves, mean nothing. The draw on liquidity, is the base for any good ICT trade.

Does FVG work on all pairs?
my mentor is the best
Today I saw an IFVG on nas100 at around 19505 an sleep on it let me know what you think about that IFVG if it was valid
Is it working on every timeframe and asset?
why not this FVG higher one ?? on the second screenshot ?
The problem is that fvgs sometimes show on one timeframe but not on another timeframe
