Thanks very much! Was quite happy to catch the Lapwing. Often hear them on old Peter Handford recordings, but I'd never knowingly managed to record one calling until now. Naturally, it had to be included 😄
Excellent captures of a memorable trip....I was in Pullman carriage C, having an amazing 2 days, having seen the original Z48 trip off from Plymouth North Road, in 1964, aged 14...thanks for adding to the experience!
Always a pleasure to watch your videos and always painful to watch a train in trouble. I have never before known of a videographer to pan the same locomotive twice with one camera
Nice video, my local beauty spot, shame whoever went there on that day took the two grey chairs as they were very handy for me when spending a great deal of time waiting. I guess I’ll have to find somewhere else now as it’s getting too overgrown.
Nice content ...though the fact you're yet another Chris is very peculiar ...I'm guessing you alter the spelling / is your legal name spelt with a 'k' ...I can talk, there's a conglomerate of Marks in British comedy and whilst I don't support Geebeebies News ...oh what I mean is I'm the runt of the litter but not awful.
Brilliant, especially that final panned shot -wonderful! Well Done. The inclusion of the Lapwing was a nice touch too.

Great video as always Kris. What a noise up Hemerdon despite the issue with the dragging brakes. Kind regards, Jake.
Cheers, Jake 👍
A superb video. Adds a new dimension for me, as I was travelling on the train. It truly captures the spirit of the trip.
@@martindavies5824 thank you, Martin 😄
