I need to connect 1/4 inch copper piping to PEx pipie in an enclosed area. Kindly advise the thichness of PEX pipe equivalent to 1/2 inch & 3/4 inch sizes, and where can I purchase connectors etc in South Africa
Copper is FAR more corrosive than Pex. Just repiped my house because of pinholes. Nothing worse than waking up to a fresh cup of coffee and a puddle in your kitchen with the ceiling leaking like an old barn. Went with Pex A, bought the Milwaukee tool. Done.
