Thank you for creating such beautiful music - along with a powerful video. I showed this to my mum and dad (84 and 89) who come from Montalbano (neighbouring village to Ostuni). All of us ended up with tears in our eyes and a silence afterwards; we reflected on the dignity of labour, on a sense of belonging to the land and surviving because of it.They were those workers; the youth of the day in the 40's and 50's - with hopes of a better life, of a brighter tomorrow whilst toiling in the hot Apulian sun. While we live in Canada now, we are brought closer to our roots with the help of your music and video. Thank you -
