I finally thought about it, and figured it out. On the SSID page enter your security modes such as WPA/WPA2(yes options will grey-out) , then continue to the next screen where you will enter PSK (Pre-Shared Key) . Once done save config to printer then reboot. Hope this helps.

Yeah, this should have been covered in the video; it is the most important step.

Cheers Pal! The wording in the software does not look obvious. I changed the type from Hex to String and entered the password, applied the settings and it connected first time upon reboot!

I think some explanation of the abbreviated security modes in the drop down is in order. Especially since your none of your abbreviated security modes come close to matching the standard WPA/WPA2 Personal (AES or TKIP). I have tried most of them leaving username blank and entering SSID key in password box with no success.

Yeah, you have to select the one that has PSK in it most likely (for WPA2 Personal) and the next page will give you the opportunity to enter the password as a string.

Wasn't working for me but after resetting to manufacturer state it did work.
    Q) How do I reset my QLn mobile printer to factory defaults?
    A) To reset a QLN mobile printer to factory defaults follow the following procedure:
Connect to the QLn printer from a PC via a USB or serial port connection. Run the Zebra
Setup Utilities and open a communications window. Verify the printer’s current
language setting is hybrid_xml_zpl by entering the following in the top window
pane; ! U1 getvar "device.languages". If necessary, change the language
    by sending ! U1 setvar "device.languages" "hybrid_xml_zpl".
Finally, send the following to reset the printer to factory defaults,
^XA^JUF^XZ^XA^JUN^XZ^XA^JUS^XZ. Recycle power on the printer.

normally you can reset it in the options menu as well. But yeah i also had to reset the options and network settings first to get it working with WPA/WPA2 Personal.

The printer just says "?" in the bottom window of the direct communication windows of the utility why does zebra make it so difficult with these crazy interferes.

Searching for information on setting up the 105SL Plus for Wi-Fi and found this. Completely useless video as usual from Zebra. Followed it to the letter, no luck. Is there more to do on the printer side, any setting changes?
