Everyone has their right to an opinion. However, if that opinion is too distorted or lop-sided or anything, all others have good reason to say it's wrong. This Kevin Barker person sounds and even looks like a crazy cult fanatic. If he's just playing his role (which I so truly hope he is), then he's a dam good actor.
Dude is setting it up for next year to use the same execuse. He is just a pitcher, he doesnt play a position everyday, how can he be a MVP, what a clown.
@@NotExplicabledefense in baseball isn’t like in baseball or football in that it affects the game as much as offense, maybe 10% to 15% significant. That’s why a lot of ppl have issues with the WAR. Lindor is severely overrated
@@eddiethom4911 your not quantifying the effect it has on the body to play defense let alone at a high level crashing it wall or diving on the ground to make a catch hell Aaron Judge has a messed up foot now likely for his whole career.
@@eddiethom4911 playing good defense for 140-150+ games takes alot of physical exertion and training prior and you can still get injured. @@NotExplicable Still it comes down to impact. Importance of fielding isn't 50-50 with offense. I'll give you this...if Lindor's offensive stats been much closer to Ohtani's than it would be a compelling argument. Also Mets pitching has been equally valuable yet it's been ignored bc of New Yorkers' push to delegitimize Ohtani's achievement.
Since the bases are bigger than ever, you would think stolen base numbers would be at all time highs. Eli De La Cruz is 65-16, does that mean he would've 55-26?
Mets fans probably think John Olerud had a better season than Mark Mcgwire in 1998 the year he hit 70 home runs since he had a 7.6 WAR compared to McGwires 7.5
Here's the reality of Sports; rigged games are true it has and does happen all across sports...I've been trying to figure out how do they do this in baseball, of course this list isn't all of it. 1) Ump's increase or decrease strike zones; sometimes they just want a quick game and other times???? 2) the offense is down across the board (except for a select few) because of pitch com; why is no one talking about that; less players stealing signs. 3) it is known that backcatcher's have thrown the game....Remember, anything is possible. Ohtani's and Judge''s roles in this, aresuspect. as you know there are other ways....How many times do the cameras stay on their faces as when Judge was called out last year for his eye glance.
I don't understand why people look at WAR and shortstop so much. Wouldn't Mookie Betts have a higher WAR if the Dodgers kept him at SS instead of moving him back to RF? The Dodgers must think they're a better team with him in RF but people would say he's better at SS because he has a higher WAR. Some people want to vote for MVP based on the highest WAR, but Mookie would have a lower WAR at RF but the team is better. SS has the most players with a WAR of 3 or more at 18, first base has 5, and DH has 3. I don't think a lot of people would even consider Lindor if they didn't look at the WAR leaders
This guy confuses GOAT with Superhuman/Alien. To appease Baker, Ohtani would have to win Cy Young same year with 60/60 and epic World Series performance.
aaron judge cant even hold ohtani's cleats..... ohtani is at least 3 levels up and above judge. no one touches ohtani.... if u hav a brain, u otta no dat by now
Dude you had 6 career home runs and 3 stolen bases!!😂😂😂
Hags how many you got ??
This dude is a clown..

This hater makes this show unwatchable.
I wonder if Ohtani was American, would Barkers attitude towards his talents be more favorable?
He's a hater and besides he is clueless. Most fans don't even know who Lindor is and there's NO comparison lol
Lindor was born in Caguas, Puerto Rico
Barker. Ohtani has been injured since last year 😂
There's still jealous 😂😂

That’s one of the dumbest tales by barker . Lindor is hurt Is hurt only reason why he wins mvp 🤣
Play 1B or LF then. Sheltered DH

Don't glorify the steroid era
I'm a Yankees fan sorry but he has no clue what greatness is.
Barker just barks BS nonsense, what a clown
Jays will always be remembered as the team whose fans booed Ohtani, shameful.
When someone is so clearly hateful and spiteful, I don't feel like it's about baseball anymore. Like I can feel the racism radiating...
