i used to be that way too ! idek if you’ve already friend but what really helped me was adjusting the volume for one, i used to have it turned all the way up for same but i only really get tingles when it’s a bit quieter, it could be the same or vice versa for you ! also when i notice i’m not really getting tingles it helps to take a break from same for a bit, i usually have to take a break for like a week or so every now and then
i feel like the psychological study of why ASMR and visual triggers tends to put a person to sleep, and why certain noises resonate better than others.
It's really interesting. For example, the only type of "visual triggers" that do anything for me are the tracing/massage kind of videos on an actual person but the hand movement or pov stuff does absolutely nothing for me. And most tapping is just annoying to me lol
