Super way you dealt with this. Robust, polite and 'because I can' . A minimum of small talk with them .....just how it should be. Well done! Great video!!! Thank you
The guy in purple really thought coming out shouting demands at someone was likely to get him the information he sought. I can’t imagine his reaction if someone approached him aggressively making demands. I can understand he may have concerns, or be puzzled but that really wasn’t a thoughtful or well balanced approach.
Dr Strange was very odd at the start. The female from the council tried her damned hardest to be authoritative but she failed miserably. PINAC Don't mess with Admiral H✔👍
Mr Billy Big Bollox at the start thinks you are one of his work collegues who bow down to him , he's clearly not used to having a person who stands up to him . Glad you knocked him down a peg or three . What a load of FOOLS you have come across .
GDPR? ''Valid consent is freely given, with genuine choice and control. It must be targeted to your purpose and easy to understand. There must also be a clear signal from the individual they agree. There are no specific timescales for expiry of consent in GDPR and consent can be withdrawn at any time.'' Aka the man in the video did not openly give his consent to have a recording of himself being published online. Send that to the GDPR offices and they will have a good laugh. Funny how one can film and the other can't because ''he's staff'', as if there was that imaginary, invisible legal barrier that pretty much sits in your head... Tales of the self-righteous.
And that is why nothing gets done at the council 🙄 arguing with the public outside when they should be indoors working for the TAX PAYER Oh wait its only the migrants they work for
You would be stupid not to put this on social media would be such a waste of a video if you you didn’t. That guy is so funny 😂😂😂😂”who are you” “who are you” 😂😂”you’re still filming me now”😂😂😂😂
"Who are you " . who is this obnoxious specimen and is he still lurking in the building like a trapdoor spider waiting to pounce on the public . ? . It's in the public's interest to know all about him.
@@davidsmith5523 Strange answer to a question I did not ask. When a strange man is filming all over the place, and looking like he's trying to get some footage from inside a building or premises without asking for permission, some staff may lawfully enquire as to what is the purpose. Same rubbish different audit channel.
@Manu-Official Sadly, we live in a free country. So he is under no obligation to reply. There is no obligation to identify himself or his purpose. However, publicly funded workers, on the other hand, have policies to adhere to regarding their conduct and that they must not discriminate against members of the public. So you may despise freedom at your leisure but there are no laws in place to back up your position.
@@davidsmith5523 No laws he says (GDPR / Data protection law - filming inside premises and/or private land - doxxing staff), answering more questions I never asked, and topping it off with false assumptions about what I ''despise'' at my leisure. Well done Captain Internet, and all the imaginary things going through your head 🏆
@Manu-Official GDPR does not apply to individuals but organisations. But of course you made no such claim did you. Public employees wear name badges for the very purpose of accountability. Also regarding data protection. Thr data handler is responsible for the security of the data. Why are you so poorly informed? Oh of course. You never mentioned the topic.
I don’t understand the particular variety of stupid, but I do admire their dedication to it.
A loud mouthed muppet, a chimp, and a Karen. Quiet a busy day.😂😂
“If you don’t want to be filmed, KICK ROCKS AND GO BACK INSIDE!!”
Think I love these ones the best. They just can't help themselves and end up embarrassed.
Nobody has any obligation to have a sensible conversation with a complete stranger who approaches them in public.
I always wonder what they think when they see themselves looking foolish.

If there is a Public Notice Board in a Council/government building you can film it. A recent court case said so.
