While waiting on my cargo tray to arrive I wanted to know how tall is it? Looking at the pictures its hard to see how much higher it sits over the sloped back seat ridge.
Question: If you put something in the back and have the seats down so you have more room, does your slide tailgate level the gap out? Also, do you need to take the plate off?
The cargo tailgate sits right above the cargo area's floor so it doesn't level out with the seats. I'm not sure what plate you are referring to but you can access the storage area below by removing the back panel of the cargo tailgate.
Do you have a width measurement you can provide for the assembled unit? I know you said it'll work with your MOLLE system, but I'm trying to find (or develop) something that will work within the confines of the Ford/ Tuffy system with the raised lid...

Same question here. The flip down shelf I just installed worked out well with the factory box and flip up lid for my purposes!
Overall width is 39 1/4"

Floor to the top of the tray is 5 inches. From the floor to the top of the tie down points is 6 inches.
