Well wen you ask for the delivery time it’s clear that’s something happens…In my case im order on last week on Nov. the EPL4 6x24x50 and today it’s Dic. 14 2024 and even not has the tracking no. I email to Arken and just tell me…. it can typically take 3-10 days to process an order during our holiday season rush. Once shipped we will email you the tracking information. Thank you for your patience, business and support….🤔🤷🏼♂️ And by the way I’m not use and paid USPS.. I’m use more expensive UPS..!!!

I have that exact scope (SH-4J Gen 2) in limbo right this minute with usps. Tacking shows it left Texas 1/18 and day after day it still says just in transit. I hope I get it soon.

Arken sent me a shipping notice at 11:40 am today for the EP5 I ordered December 5th with a tracking number for USPS. I recieved the same email you're referring to. I responded and asked why. No response. So much for the big change....
Well per that email I believe it says they are transitioning. There may be a process with UPS regarding setting up the account and getting logistics of labeling and pick up etc sorted. Though the email went out this week I would expect it may not be for a good week until a change over is in full motion.
Well I guess they didn’t make the switch yet. I ordered another EP5 2 days ago and I just got a USPS tracking number for it. I hope this goes smoothly.
I placed an order and received a email stating that payment was received on 3/28/24. Since then my order has said awaiting processing. Do you know how long I'm expected to wait for it even to begin to ship out? I live in Oklahoma so I'm not to far from Texas.
@@RugerGundog I just went back and looked it says 6-8 week lead time. That's probably why it hasn't shipped yet. I ordered the Zulus HD 5-20R Day/Night Digital With Laser Rangefinder And Ballistic Calculator.
But you are SO wrong…. Are you saying the USPS is the ONLY shipper they have available to them? Evidently not since they are changing, it’s just that they haven’t been smart enough to recognize the problem sooner and change shippers sooner. Why would you let another entity jeopardize the success of your business? How many customers could be lost due to the slow shipping? When someone could have walked to the warehouse and gotten it and walked back home in less time than it takes to receive it, something is wrong. They should have changed shippers much sooner.

That my friend was one of the issues. The usps would not update...and waalaaa...it would arrive.
