Thank you for this amazing video, Heather. One thing I realized as I was listening is that I have gotten to a point in recent years where I have often been able to view individual humans as acting out pain or unconscious trauma when they behave in even horrifically destructive ways. This is a profound progression from a couple decades ago when separation and judgment unconsciously ruled that area of perception in me.
…But as you spoke of a collective post-traumatic response in the human species, I realized I had not given our species itself the benefit of that recognition. I have continued to feel frustration by how distorted the actions of our species seem to me and have for the last several thousand years. It never occurred to me that our species itself was in a post-traumatic response. Once you said it, I instantly recognized that it is indeed just like an individual post-traumatic response. On a macrocosmic level, we are acting out that same kind of unconscious distortion that I have managed to largely come to recognize in individuals.
The reason I appreciate this is because it offers the opportunity to shift that perception in me about collective humanity out of/away from judgment. Even if I am/was “correct” that we seem way off-track, I had unconsciously been perceiving that with the energy of judgment, which is the same energy with which I used to perceive individuals as such. I am deeply appreciative right now of this opportunity your talk offered of allowing the constricting energy of judgement in me to transform into a holding of space, curiosity, compassion, and love.

Extraordinarily, your last bits are amazing for me. I had started nursing school in 1987 when two weeks before i turned 18, mid august, the time of the harmonic convergence, i had a dream asking whether i would carry a child from the stars, and i clearly remember saying yes although i wasnt dating and it seemed crazy at 18! My ex, now my husband, turned up out of the blue and in early Feb 1988, i conceived our son, who is a Libran 4 day 4 life., now about to turn 35 (this kid is truly amazing!). Coincidentally, my ascendant is exact the galactic centre, i think he 'saw' me!! Birthing him awakened me on so many levels, and i am grateful that my virgo self gave up my nursing dreams and i am now a herbalist with all the transformative healing interests of my pisces north node. How profound!! So looking forward to these coming decades as we birrh the age of aquarius. God bless your work Heather, THANKYOU 💖

This really helps me understand the age of Pisces had a whiplash from Mars trauma after the age of Aries. I always looked at the birth of Buddha and Jesus as rays of hope in the darkness of the Kali Yuga, or the bottom of the 24,000 year cycle. I studied Swami Sri Yuteswar's Science of Religion book and always refer back to it. I now also see it was a blessing in the age of Pisces! Galactic equator....love it.... careful of the shadow traumas...thank you. Yes healing collective PTSDs into solidarity in community!

I'm expecting these planetary shifts and the nodal axes to manifest toward resolution on the ground in Ukraine, Sudan, Yemen and other troubled areas. Many will die in the process, but if we heal and learn, the Earth will be a better place for our return.

Many are clearly addicted to the ways of doing things as institutions appear to instruct us to do, and it's hard for many to question authority. Dearest Dr. Heather, I'm overcome with your message to tears. My soul sister's and my journey through the ancient pictographic understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures makes even more sense now! The pictographs _preserved and encoded_ the Original Message of the Stars! The the top layer of scripture that was distorted by trauma is what spawned today's "Christianity" and traumatizes everyone ensnared by it - at least that's how it seems from our personal perspective and definitely was for us. I considered suicide in 2005 because of my Christian "faith" not "working" - turns out it was the opposite of what Yeshua taught...no WONDER it wasn't "working!"

I think some of the most highly sensitive persons/empaths who faced the fire and walked through it either knowingly or unknowingly (I never knew I was an empath until age 45) are a pile of ashes and need help, many are ready to check out. This lifetime has not been kind, it may have been a VIP fast lane to wisdom but the price paid has been every ounce of strength , I am neither warrior nor worrier now, just a place where a wish to go "home" resides. Not coming back to Earth again lol!
