The vocal in the background is likely a sample from either a song or from a sample maker (or from a sample library), like in his recent song Metro Spider (with young thug) that is on his new album, the vocal chops were sang and made by the sample maker as well, not taken from a song, check out the youtube video on it "making of metro spider", the sample maker goes over it.
