So glad your recovery is going so great! I am 6.5 weeks post op, so your video is encouraging. I’m not recovering quite as fast as you but still recovering well and my sciatic pain is pretty much non-existent for the most part. I just have some weird lingering sensations in my left shin here and there but I am so so much better than pre-surgery as that pain was unbearable!
Really happy for you mate , Getting adapted to regular life again, I just had my microdisectomy on my l5 s1 about 13 days ago,still have some pain but its dicreasing everyday , hoping to get to the same result as you have.
