      When being in the present moment totally, all memories vanish. When they arise again just look as choiceless awareness (that you are)...they'll vanish again, in seconds, as if they were fake.
      It also helps start creating more of the good memories, as you gain more and more clarity thus better decision making, better self knowledge, better understanding etc...
