I grew up in Cleveland Heights. I went to school there too. I recognize all the places you mentioned. It was a great place to grow up!! I really should go back there sometime. I was there in the 1960's, the 1970's and the 1980's. Beautiful homes and great places to eat. I have tons of memories living there. Have great day! 😊
Thanks for sharing!
Don't forget Cain Park. Summer music and art in Cain Park. In winter kids go sledding!
I really appreciate how objective your video is. There is so much to Cleveland Heights that a lot of people aren’t willing to see. Thank you!
Plus Cleveland Heights was voted as the prettiest city to be carjacked in Ohio!
Make more videos I’m moving to the Cleveland soon
Cleveland heights has the Best large homes in the country . Plus there many affordable small well built home's there . One thing I don't like about Cleveland heights , people there think their from a different world 🌎
We’re hippies lol
@@theycallmejc123Mostly Catholic Hippie's :)
I wish I could get a Turkey Ridge from Grum's here in the Bay Area.
Nothing should be graded on diversity.
Video goes too fast. Having an audio to go with it would be helpful, so I know what i am looking at. Can only look at so many houses. Need more shopping centers, buildings, schools, parks, etc.
I agree about your comments with Cleveland Heights. I really enjoy the diversity, it’s social offerings, restaurants, attitude of the people, also a really good library system. I think it’s a very enjoyable place to live, not worried about the schools as having no children, but as you mentioned many people send them to private schools who aren’t satisfied with the public system. Overall, just personally, I think it’s a great place to live, the high property taxes affect the property values, so you tend to get a good amount of house for a really good price, but pay a lot of taxes. I guess it’s just you pick your poison when it comes to that. Thanks for the videos, you’re doing a great job.
Love the vid. If you do another on Cleveland Heights, could you take a run down Edison Rd? My former street. It's off Taylor in the Severance area. Been a long time but I miss that Noble-Monticello neighborhood
Next time I’m in Cleveland Heights I for sure will take some videos on your old street. Thanks for watching!!
@@LivinginClevelandOhio, the Edison Road area is in a super cute neighborhood called Potter Village. When houses come on the market, they sell very quickly. It’s a great neighborhood!
Ok I’m ready
Born and raised, sad to see the city being overtaken by crime from newcomers after the pandemic.
Great review
Wow cant believe how big some of those houses are. We are starting out renting a 5 bedroom cause we have a large family but probably looking to buy in a year or two and mostly saw 3 bedrooms in our price range not big houses like this,
Ich liebe Deine Videos, sehr interessant und gut gemacht.
Danke
Way too much crime in Cleveland Heights. We were ordering a pizza on Saturday night and a leaving customer gets stabbed by a thug. It's not as bad as East Cleveland but it's getting close to that level of violent crime. Cleveland Heights No Way in Hell!
Yikes! You have to watch your surroundings wherever you are but geez!!
Yes your correct and we came in a Cleveland Police Zone Car, 521 on our lunch break. We held the suspect and waited for a Cleveland Heights Police Car then added our statements to their arrest report. Our lunch, the pizza got cold but that’s what microwave ovens are for, all in a days work on Cleveland’s Eastside. My police partner and I recommend Parma Heights, PHPD is rated #1 PD in Ohio, Middleburg Heights and Strongsville for a good safe livable suburban city to buy a house in. Be safe and Happy New Year!
I have never had an issue with crime in Cleveland Heights.
Are you a realtor by any chance? Thanks
I am a realtor! Give me a call/text or shoot me an email!! pattysellscle@gmail.com.
Just don't go out after dark!
When is a good time to visit? I'm more interested in the Westside, but not saying I won't visit these areas
Ok,you have officially covered my 3 favorite neighborhoods,shaker heights,university heights,and Cleveland heights.
I’m unsubscribing now.
Just kidding!😂
The Cedar Lee theater is a legendary venue!
It used to be the sole location of the Cleveland International film festival, and, now that tower city cinema is gone, will it return to that role??
I had my first Dove ice cream bar at that theater🥰
Coventry!
Don’t forget about the Dobama theatre,a venue for stage plays, should be considered a historic landmark at this point.
I could go on,but I digress!
Happy new year!
Are you from Ohio can we be friends
I am definitely from Ohio!! Thanks for watching!
@@LivinginClevelandOhio where in Ohio are you from
The gun violence ruins the area for me. I don't like the worry of my car being stolen and used to kill people. It just seems like the crime has took over or they cook and waitress in the food establishments. Just Saying Crime needs addressed
Thanks for watching and commenting!!
Ma'am you're acting like that's a normal occurrence in CH and it's not. There's robberies and gun violence everywhere. However, it isn't an everyday occurrence in CH.
@@McmullinsjojoExactly! Not an every day occurrence at all. When some people see an area with increased people of color, they assume it’s a bad area. If you think like that, stay in Parma! 😂
