Bird Photography in Himalayas : A Morning with Kalij Pheasant

Kalij Pheasant though commonly found in the Himalayas of Uttarakhand, is a very shy pheasant and avoids human contact at any cost. So seeing them in the open is quite a challenge. This morning however, we were very fortunate to spot a flock of Kalij Pheasant and spend some time with them.\
