Lol. I just loved this vid. Why? That's my hood! Long Island. Nah suu? No, it's Nah Saw. Lol. I really don't think any of those homes are under 1M. You were in Mill Neck, which is on the North Shore of Long island. Probably some of the best real estate in the country. Only an hour or so by train from Manhattan. I live about 15 minutes from La Guardia airport just on the Long Island/Queens NY border and my house which is 100 years old and is a very modest attached brick is selling for 1M. You gotz to have big money nowadays to live out by Mill Neck, Long Island. But this video makes me sad in the fact that so many of us old school NYers are leaving. We're being priced out with property taxes, as you said. $25K on property taxes. Very hard for people looking to retire to live. Long Island in the 70s thru 90s was an amazing place to grow up and live. But even in those wealthy areas now, crime is getting bad. Gangs are doing home invasions all the time. Lots of car jackings, too. No police presence whatsoever. But hey, good for you as many of us are looking at Vegas to downsize.

Oh wow that's so cool you know what area! Yes I took the train down from the city and spend time with my friend exploring. Learning about Long Island history and culture was very fun.
