Sir if I have a decree means decree holder and acknowledge holder without incorporation of my name in R. O. R. Can I move the application on the basis of aforementioned(decree +acknowledgement). Without incorporation in revenue record it is possible prior to bring the application for partition.. Need u r reliable suggestion??????

Salaam I built a construction on my share of un partitioned land , shuttering all done ready to install lanter, however,co sharer put a stay order in civil court, it was vacated in my favour now other party appealed in district court and court send out people who came out to measure land to see how much is land is covered, which is in our favour but other party is giving us grief due to jealousy, and threatening to take it to high court, as he os not happy with decision , what is the remedy ? Is there anyway I can stop this third party to keep doing stay orders ? What can I do to stop this person from giving us unecasarry delays in contruction and giving us trouble , can we not get an order of some sort to let us just carry on our contruction on my share of land?
