I just Love to see this revolutionary lecturing his critics and the western world. Anyone who is brave enough to tell local and international criminals to keep out of Ugandan politics should be commended. Long live the Ugandan and President. Museveni.

Government needs to introduce tough prison sentences for corrupt officials. 50 years+ as a minimum sentence. I can guarantee you, this wicked behaviour will end.

I somehow exonerate Former President Godfrey Binaisa because he was in power for only three months but for Obote and Amin, they deserve it.

The video is clearly a historical piece. It is about events that happened in late 90s. Tje President clearly mentions the year 1996 when the project should have started.
So why are you losing your head asking for masks and stuff. No body has claimed that it is a current video.
