    Got this. Used it with my Samsung 21ultra. No connection issues, call quality is fantastic, using it for the gym. Staying in while sweating like crazy. And the button press is perfect. They changed it so ur not pressing inside the canal. Super perfect.

    Thank you so much for this video! It's really clear and it's just convinced me for the Jabra Elite 8 rather than the 10. I had the Jabra Elite 85t before and after 3 years of using they just broke because one fell on the floor, too bad! So as you said with the Jabra Elite 10 if think there is an "insecurity", which I totally agree.

    Nice to see Jabra is continuing to improve the waterproof earbuds. Have been using AirPods Pro for years now; however, I still own the Jabra original Elite Sports waterproof with heart rate monitor from 2017 without magnetic charging case, hearing through or spatial audio features. I have used it for daily shower & swimming even in salt water before and never had an issue and is still functional today.

    Had 85T and never got a snug fit even with 3rd party adapter..sad because they had a great sound. Bought Active 7 and fit better, but still not snug and have to crank them in for yard work and they get gunky. Tempted to go with Active 8...but not quite there. Great video!!

      How much talking time on the phone you get out them? I just got them as well, upgraded from 75t also. Really like them so far. Just not sure all is ok with the batteries: Left earbud loses charges quicker than right one and after only 15min of phone call, it went from 100% to 80%....does not seem to be right.
      Btw. the sound is great, also bass....which was a big concern for me, since the 75t where the king of Bass. I have to say, that the 75t bass still pumps more, but the 8 Active Bass is strong, and more clear and clean than the 75t one.

    For the Elite 8 Active, I was wondering whether there's so much difference between ANC and NO ANC? I'll use them to walk around the city, so I'll take the subway a lot, which means I'll be surrounded by constant noise, so I'd like for my music to be the main thing I hear, but I'd like to not depend on ANC mode, so my battery can last longer. Also, do the earbuds really last up to 14 hours nonstop, without ANC? Thank you!

      If you're going running often I'd recommend the Elite 8 Actives. The Elite 10 fit well but I've had to adjust those a good amount when bike riding or running. It was the lack of confidence I didn't like for being very mobile. The Elite 8 Active's are like earplugs. They stay in.

    I have the elite 8 active. And I'm going to return them. I bought 2 pairs. Thinking my 1st pair was the problem and the second pair did the same thing. I own a mowing company, ANC, and durability is super important to me. The ANC worked great when I used the big commercial mowers, and when I use a stihl trimmer I have. But when I use a little walk behind mower I have and when I use my echo trimmer instead. The ANC stops working correctly and actually amplifies the sound of the equipment, making it very painful in my ears. It's almost like if the transparency mode activates itself. Like I said, I bought another pair thinking my 1st pair was bad. And the other pair did the exact same thing.

    • @danielfleming43
      @danielfleming43 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      I think it's something to do with active ANC, my Bose do the exact same thing so ANC for line trimming is useless. Massive spikes in noise as it's trying to adjust to the peaks.

    • @adolfoc6284
      @adolfoc6284 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @danielfleming43 I now bought 3 more pairs trying to find a solution. Lol. I got the sony linkbuds s, jabra elite 7 active and LG tone free fit 8 and those don't have that problem. I think it's the "adaptive" stuff that struggles. Instead of just canceling everything. When the earbuds are trying to pick up which frequency to cancel, the high notes of a trimmer and certain motors. The mics can't handle it. I also bought a pair of the jabra 10 and they did better than the 8 but surprisingly enough when there was wind involved they did the same thing. I ran my equipment indoors. No problem. When I walked outside with the equipment running. They did the same. Lol. 🤷‍♂️

      @cross8171 Yes. I noticed that with the 7 active, you can calibrate the anc while being in a loud place. I did that, and it actually worked. As for the 8 active and the 10, you can't calibrate or adjust the anc. You can only adjust the hearthrough settings.
