However, our LCMS is non-operational, so I intend to (hopefully) analyze PFAS concentrations using GC or FPLC. It is my hope that further research will allow for this. Correct, PFAS analysis using HPLC-UV is not possible at any concentrations that would be experimentally relevant. There may be exceptions for some obscure PFAS that contain benzene backbones, but this is very rare in PFAS chemistry.
