My recommendation is to use the Basic Guide in this YT channel and get comfortable using the moves/combos before moving to another resources (Written or Video).
If this is for wavedashing then any wavedash tutorial/guide in any Tekken will work. Specific movement options to Hwoarang has already been uploaded on this channel.

I didn’t know there was a difference between side step and side walk as a maneuver.
They are two different things and knowing if a move catches step, walk, or both is very important
