Ahh, so you have to always dispute them? And you never got a strike? I had thought that these disputes would be checked by lawyers and then the companies would find a way to reclaim their rights... Thanks for the explanation ;).
Because youtube has to let us have fair use of most songs. If you dispute the copyright claim and claim fair use then you are able to upload most tracks because you are not exploiting them, claiming them as your own, trying to make a profit off them or allowing them to be illegally downloaded, you are using them for artistic purposes.
