Whenever I see items at an antique store that I recall from my childhood my immediate thought is, "That doesn't belong here." 😂 I love the old postcard. That's in great condition for being 110 years old! Your hutch looks so whimsical styled with items you love and things from your childhood. I still love the red truck. So glad you're feeling better. It's scary getting sick these days. I'm feeling a lot more intimidated about that the older I get. Praise God, you are on the mend. Please keep taking it easy ❤😊

Hello, die hard vintage collector here. My style is old world so think “Little Women”. I do think that your second Santa is repo but there’s nothing wrong with that. When collecting old I find that the ones stamped Japan are typically the ones from the mid century

I’m 70 years old I can remember the excitement when my mom would get the Christmas decorations out. I’ve always loved decorating. I’ve always been a traditional girl always will be🎅🏻🎄🧑🏻🎄

I'm from a small Caribbean island, but we loved decorating for Christmas even back then. Both parents were totally into it. My dad and siblings would put up the decorations and lights and I would go with my mom to choose a tree. We definitely had the vintage stuff and you made me remember and appreciate how precious those things were/are. I get influenced by the trends but there isn't much behind them except for the aesthetic. Sincere thanks for showcasing those vintage items and for invoking those memories.

He bought everything there. Even broken stuff he would fix and then sell it at his own garage sales. Thrifting & DIY-ing is in my blood! Definitely not a craze here lol.
