I did this on Toshara. Shot up the nearby base, got 5 stars, booked it over to Morgana City avoiding all roadblocks, thought I was home clear once I got into the city but got caught by the one officer at the security gate when you walk in. Don't run by that guy, he will catch you even if you seemingly get away he'll still follow you and arrest you, crouch and sneak by instead and get to the corrupt officer just down the stairs from the entrance. Had to do it all over again because of that one mistake but got it the 2nd time. Definitely harder on Toshara but not impossible.
Doesn't seem to work at all on Tohsara, well, at least not using the imperial terminal outside Morgana. Three times now I've got it to five (yes five haha) then went back to Morgana to the officer, paid the price to help with the bounty and nothing pops. I'll try your way now. Edit: it does work in Toshara. If it doesn't work first time you have to completely close the game, reload and do it again.
@@MrReign Resolved. In the town, just after the house with the elevator, I talked to a Criminal. Paying him unlocked the officer's location for me (a search also started in the quest menu). Thank you.
Not sure if they changed this in an update or something but there's always officers at the top of the elevator and Nix cant distract on wanted level 5 for me? This game has been such a drag to platinum with so many little issues like this.
