That Peak design still seems superior, I'm using an older K&F Concept carbon fiber to film my hiking videos, this has a lot of similarities, and I don't like it. That twisting to extend legs is so annoying and always an issue, as well as how it's folded, can't justify the price of the PEAK Design one though. Happy New Year man!
Wow, had no idea about this one! Thanks for the vid! I carry a Benro iT25, but I think I would love to have a carbon tripod for quick on-location deployment and mountain hiking self-portraits. The Benro is quite thicc and heavy, and yet I like it.
I bought one for the price and capacity of 22 pounds for the tripod and 12. pounds on the video head I couldn't pass up the price for a travel tripod. I have used my 150 - 450 lens on it with no problem as it comes in at 8 pounds for camera and lens and its light weight makes it a easy carry for a travel tripod
I am curious how this compares to the Traveler CX. That one has a ball head so probably good overall. It does seem to be a bit shorter height at 51" instead of 59" of this one. I am using it mostly for hiking and backpacking so this weight is great.
Vu , thanks for showing example footage with the Sony A7SIII. I am considering selling mine for a Sony A1. Why is the audio so horrible in your video? I am also curious why people pay $500+ for carbon fibre tripods!

Flip locks are far superior to twist locks. Don't know why companies are doing the twist locks unless it's more cost effective.
Flips are def quicker. However these twists only require one twist
which ball head would you recommend to adapt this to an iphone promax youtuber? cam on
