Bell 212 Helicopter Approach and Landing

- This video features a Hydra Helicopters Bell 212 C-FNPG on approach and landing at CZNL in Nelson, British Columbia. It was returning from a day of wildfire fighting, and you can see the long-ling Bambi bucket still attached. This helicopter has been converted to a single engine configuration, and is known as the Eagle Copter 212 Single Eagle.

205, reg might of been before this . Looks very similar to a 212, but you can see the single engine exhaust......212 has twin engine thus twin exhaust pipes.
It's a 212 that was converted to a single-engine configuration by Eagle Copters, but it's still classified as a 212.

Like others have said, it looks like a single conversion or it’s the Huey II. That has the pointy nose as an option.

B212 'Eagle Single' to be clear.
Do Bell & Huey have something in common? They look pretty similar.
The huey is the militarised version of bell212

Should rename the video to NOT include Bell 212. It may have been converted as you say, but anyone who knows Helicopters will see that is NOT a Bell 212. Single engine conversion or otherwise. Defining characteristic of a 212 is the TWIN pack engines, obviously not on this helicopter. Eagle Single . . . yes. Bell 212 . . . nope.

That's not a 212.
Yes it is. It is a Bell 212 that had its PT6C replaced by a T53. Its a single engine Bell 212 called an Eagle Single
