I own an X-Trail GT and as much as I love the car, the brakes are junk. Way undersized. The discs that came with it from Japan started to warp pretty quickly on the front. I got these replaced for Brembo front discs and pads. 7 months later they're already starting to warp. I'm not a fast driver, or heavy on the brakes, I just think they're way too small for the car. I'm not sure what options you guys have over there for the T30, but K-Sport over in the UK do a brake upgrade kit. Something for your buddy to consider. Otherwise great car, a bit flat with the torque on acceleration but once it winds up it really shifts.

@@HustleGarageTV - a lower priced upgrade could be something like a front set of 350z callipers and discs. Depends on the budget of course.
