Took me ages to figure out why I adore this rip, and keep on coming back to it. I think for me, it's the juxtaposition of the shown gameplay - and the context of that gameplay - and the song itself. FnF sort of apes off of PaRappa a lot, with having this 'repeat after me' gameplay. It implies a fairness in the gameplay. The start of this rip has it still following that premise, but it degrades as the song goes on. It feels like this is a more 'real' confrontation in that context. In game if you were to ever play this it would be entirely unfair - and that's kind of the fun of it! It gives it the feeling as if you were watching a perfect TAS. The gradual, seamless shift between 'ordinary' gameplay and more unprompted notes halfway into the song is pretty huge. Makes the drop extremely satisfying for the viewer. Great job to whoever did this!

Getting an A+ in Release is easy, but it was probably just the adrenaline for me.
