@@nndd1837 there isn’t any English version of ‘Lian Hua Lou’. I read the beginning and the ending in my language, Vietnamese. The writing style wasn’t good so I didn’t want to read the whole book. I like the ending in the show better. Ending in the book is Li XiangYi lost his mind and sight. Fang DuoBing takes care of him in a small coastal village. Di FeiSheng also found him there but Li XiangYi doesn’t remember anything. Fang DuoBing says, ‘ being alive is good’. Fang DuoBing is dumper and more arrogant in the book though.
