iPhone is all-around better than the Pixel. However, the fact that the Pixel is so close being as old as it is speaks volumes.

Thanks. I have the 13Pro and just ordered the Pixel 6 Pro (even though not a fan of size) however the software tech was compelling, as was the increased zoom and all the cool stuff Google Assistant can handle. Looking forward to your review.

Let's face it, for the average user, and the general way most folks use the camera, the differences are negligible . You'd have to be pixel-peeping, or making posters to be affected by the differences. My opinion only, of course.
How about do this again, but with the rich contrast profile set to on in the iPhone.
I rather keep it even. Anyone can do post editing.

Picking up new phones is harder given the changes arent real life changing. I got the 13 pro but all factors constant I don't think I'll upgrade in 5yrs

Thanks. iPhone is clearly better but the real test will be the Pixel 6 Pro and hopefully, Google has fixed videography and gets a rise from the updated camera hardware. For me, the iPhone is number 1 in videography in 2021 but in photography, it is closer between a few devices with the Pixel 6 having a chance to hit the top spot?

Pixel 5 still better in photos esp. on potrait mode. Ip13 still have that yellowish tone like it's previous model which eventually make it blurry. Thought Ip13 have fix it..but nah!
Now having the two phones, I really prefer the Pixel 5 over the iPhone. The iPhone has a superior video quality and it's working faster, tho. But EVERYTHING else is better on the Pixel. I'll keep my Pixel
Rear camera audio both great. Front camera audio better on pixel 5. Both video are stable.

4:30 Pixel 5 video dynamic range is great. The premise is to have enough light.

These other flagships only focuses photo but never on video. iPhone videography is king and no one comes close

@@danielsin hi it's just so obvious when you put it side by side with pixel. Iam shocked I thought iPhone would blow it away. But props to pixel hold there own. If you Wana really test the camera s out try it on a clear bottle or a wine or beer glass in portrait mode see what does best on glass . As Samsung struggle with portrait of that . We're pixel recognises it as a solid and blurs the background nice . Test it on iPhone see what it does ))
@@darrennico8527 yeah I know Samsung phones have trouble doing portrait mode on shiny things. Even on reflective / glossy phone cases.
@@danielsin ah is that what it is . The software part not recognising what it is. I brought my Samsung note 10 to a wedding and pixel 4xl I took a load of pictures and any with the champagne 🥂 glasses raised up the samsung looked crap were pixel made it look like a good picture it was that good my friend up loaded most of the pictures especially the portrait shots from the pixel. He all so had a photographer there . And he like the pictures I had to. )))
