At the beginning of the game i understand your pain so well lmao the remake has done wonders in bringing silent hill into an over the shoulder experience. too bad when we go back and play the older games we realize how awful and clunky the movement and controls are. ESPECIALLY the camera. There is a setting in the original Silent Hill 2 that will allow you to use (normal) if that's what you'd call it controls which lets you to move the camera more freely and easily. check in the settings to see if this game has the same option!
I already recorded 3 other episodes, it is kinda weird, also i didn't play on a controller for almost a decade lmao so that didn't help, in my opinion after playing for a bit, i like how it is in the old one rather the same over the shoulder camera, its unique, it is clunky, but its still amazing how disorienting and weird it is, i learned to love it way more then the same usual stuff, for a game from 1999 it aged amazing in my eyes, feels fresh in many ways.
