that's always a heart breaker to be so close in the final phase and the boss just nukes you in gold and gears. they should give you the ability to remove the damage boost buff that the boss gets, because that's just not fair.

Damn that got so close at the end, G&G is rng hell as always I've only ever cleared it once and never again. I like the mode but the forced negative curios makes it feel a bit too much imo. I much prefer the insane stats that DU gives the enemies cause at least that's solely dependent on the player managing to get a good build instead of adding in a chance of a negative curio absolutely killing the run. We are getting a new SU mode in 2.6 which is exciting, they only briefly showed it off a bit of it during the stream so the experience will be fresh. Absolutely love these videos, will never put myself through this kind of pain but Kets makes these very entertaining to watch.
I can't wait until Kets sees the true form of Genius Society #83!

Kets, i suggest you to react new special program for next patch, its have new cool SU stuff there, especially may or may not an appearance of "upgrade" Herta.
I would never try abundance with any unit that isn't Blade. It's literally the best option if you are Blade player. Not so for everyone else.
Meanwhile me who cleared SD using Abundance path with IL, Luocha, Bailu and Fufu to survive before unlocking Propagation lmao
@@Sloth-tr7bd I never said it's impossible with other units, just that I wouldn't go for it without blade because you do no damage for majority of run until you really get good blessings for said damage.
I think the bug boss is by far the hardest enemy. I beat it in GnG and I have not been back lol

btw, the Imaginary Type symbol is not a holy cross. It's the Imaginary Tree. Something you wouldn't know about unless you played Honkai Impact 3rd. The Imaginary Tree plays a huge role in HI3rd's lore. Star Rail is an indirect sequel to HI3rd despite the drastically different battle system. Welt Yang literally came from HI3rd to Star Rail's universe because he wanted to ensure Himeko doesn't die in Star Rail's universe too. Leaving his wife and son behind, as the portal connecting Star Rail to HI3rd shut after he went through. So, he's kinda stuck in Star Rail now.
Hopefully with the HI3rd+Star Rail collab coming to HI3rd, means Welt can finally see his wife and son again. And I imagine his wife Dr. Nicole Frederica Tesla, will be angry that he was gone so long. fyi, NONE of this is theories, all this about Welt Yang is canon. You just need to know where to look for the confirmation. Welt Yang's splash art in Star Rail literally confirms this, as it shows images of people he knows from HI3rd's universe. Like Void Archives, and the long deceased Welt Joyce, who Welt Joyce was Welt Yang's predecessor as Herrscher of Reason.
Welt Yang isn't even his real name, it's Joachim, something referenced in Star Rail's fake ending credits you see in the Penacony arc. Joachim merely took on the name of "Welt" to honor Welt Joyce. Why am I even bothering to tell you all this though? You're just going to ignore me like you always do, as well as almost all TH-camrs I try to say anything to. Ignoring my corrections too. TH-camrs just ignore my actual factual corrections of their wrongs. And continue making the same mistake. I've corrected you before on something else, yet you ignored me entirely. Try at least to form a bond with your viewers who actually know the lore of HI3rd and it's connection to Star Rail.
Us HI3rd Captains know better the lore than most Genshin players. It annoys me when my voice falls on deaf ears, and it pains me that you TH-camrs won't listen to things I know better than you do. There's nothing wrong with admitting you're in the wrong. I don't hate you, but what I do hate is people's ignorance of HI3rd's connection to Star Rail that almost all Genshin players are guilty of, because they won't give HI3rd a fair chance. Aside from the Glider in the Curio room, the menus and crafting system, and the gatcha banner format, Star Rail literally has NOTHING to do with Genshin. It's not connected in lore to Genshin at all.
HI3rd has better storytelling and character development than Genshin ever did. Sure, the start of HI3rd's storytelling is slow, but it gets better and tugs at the player's heart. It literally made me care about Himeko when I didn't before. Genshin I tried to put up with the bland storytelling, but by the Sumeru arc, I was so bored of the bland storytelling and lack of character development that I quit Genshin forever, it was too boring for me. And I even gave the game a second chance.
I actually respect you, which is why I formatted this comment to be easier to read. I don't do that for people I don't respect. Apologies if this comment offends you, I just hate the ignorance and wrongful assumptions most Star Rail players have, because they came from Genshin, and did not give HI3rd a fair chance. There's a reason us HI3rd Captains are so insistent for Himeko to stay on the Astral Express where she's safe. Himeko in Hoyo games suffers from the same curse Leomon in the Digimon anime suffers from: If they exist, they will die at some point. No Himeko before Star Rail has ever avoided dying at some point
We don't want "Final Lesson" to happen again. But, since Shaoji had his job moved to being the story writer for Star Rail, he likely will kill her off at some point, because Shaoji loves to make players suffer emotionally and give them trauma of the depression and grief his writing gives us. He's an utter liar too. If he ever tells you the story he's writing will be "happy and wholesome", he's lying. He's going to write a story that makes us players suffer
