Just listen to your feed back and I agree with you, as for someone who comes from chapel town and harehills and I’ve grown up with the carnival every year, this year seemed very short parade and not enough enthusiasm.
Well everyone was having a good time as we've missed the celebrations since the pandemic! We were celebrating hard in London Notting Hill as well! Thanks for sharing!
It was a great and fantastic day, I was there for 6 hours and it was the best day of the year.
Thanks for posting this, loved the costumes and the energetic dancing of some of the groups. Wish we had something like this in Sheffield.

It was lacking we have waited two years for this and parade was over in minutes.
Not really sure what was expected when there was no King and Queen show this year as the announcement that carnival could go ahead was late due to covid. The Kings and Queens seen in the video are costumes from previous years or from other cities carnivals. Next year will most definitely be bigger and better.
When it finished, I literally heard someone shout “IS THAT IT?!” 😂🤣
The river your walking along side of in the intro were is it and what's it called
It’s called River Aire. It runs through a few areas tbh, but in the video, I believe I was close to Shipley or Saltaire.
I didn't go & thanks for sharing. It seemed a little flat. 🤷🏽♀️
It was not flat it was the best day ever
I just came back from there and it slayed
24 hours road block 5 miles for a 27 min parade dissapointed
The parade last longer than 27min ....kmt wat yuh know bout carnival
