When I made tutus I would pre cut 1 size of each color I had so when I’d get an order for that color I could grab and go and then I’d precut that size and color again to have on hand. Once I got my Juki with its super fast speed that helped a ton as well. Oh I agree on always having a bunch of pre wound bobbins in all colors. I have a stand alone bobbin machine and I’ll sit at my desk watching videos and prewind tons of bobbins in a matter of minutes.
This video inspired me to make 5 tutus today, I usually do 3 each day. Thank you Cassandra for all the great tips and inspiration I got from this video 👍

Sorry to hear about your migraine. My daughter suffers from those as well. Recently I came across an article that said you can put a peg between the index finger and thumb. Guess what she tried it and it worked. I hope and pray it works for you too. Thanks for the videos.
I also suffer from terrible migraines as well.. it really is debilitating. I actually received an essential oil blend and I use that on the back of my neck and wrists and to my surprise it has helped. No medication helps me either.. I love your work and videos! Keep doing what you do! Thinking of you! Rest up ☺️

Cassandra I read some where by a Dr that spinach will help with migraines. I’ve never tried it. So I can’t confirm. I don’t get migraines. I do eat spinach on a regular basis. I hope this works. Love the tutus and the blanket. So cute!!!

Your work is amazing I have really bad migraines too. I hate taking the medicine because it makes me sleepy and I cant work I know my triggers so I try to stay clear Chocolate and stress mine make me nauseous, but if its bad I have to lay down and make it dark take medicine and it goes away. Its so hard to work in pain
I have to cut my tulle ahead of time too.Because you know I work full-time. My hairbows Im about to start that to. Because measuring and cutting them take time

Pues para tallas más grandes es mejor medir a La Niña o preguntarle al cliente que de largo lo quiere porque lo más grande que están ya varía lo largo , yo en mi tienda no ofrezco tallas grandes , pero si me la piden entonces pido que midan a La Niña

Hello, No I don’t sew the ribbons together first but you can if you think that would e easier but it will take way longer, and you should have 4 pieces when you fold it
Hiya, how get feeling better soon, will for me, I've had migraines since I was 2, I'm in my 40s now, I can't have anything with coffee, oranges, chocolate and artificial colours, also I have meds too, I drink cool water and eat/chew something really really minty gum or hard-boil sweet, cold compress either back of neck or forehead (wherever the worst pain is), also lavender oil rub it on your temples and neck, forehead and behind your ears. I would use this too but I'm allergic to it, I hope one these helps you out, I'll pray for you 👍
I love your tutus and all the work that you do. I've contemplated making 1 for a lityle cousin nut haven't had the nerve to try when yet. My grandson has my and he was told not to eat any process foods like hot dogs or lunch meat because the nitrate causes the migraines also he had to increase his magnesium, that made a world of difference. It's no fun working with a headache or migraine.

This is going to be far from the subject but when I was pregnant with my daughter I used to get migraines until my mom told me to drink coffee. Me hacía un café bien cargado (strong) and it was like magic.

Ask your dr to check your carotid vein to see if you have any blockage sometimes that can cause migraines strong coffee will help you too
