This build looks incredible!!! Love everything about it!! The downstairs, the arcade area (thanks for showing us how to build those in your shorts) and the happy place upstairs. You know how to make a set look even better. Thank you for sharing 😀👍👍💖
Thank you for noticing so many details. The happy place upstairs took a lot of thought as did the whole build. The colours of this set do look good so wanted to keep that look. Thank you again for watching 🥰
That's an amazing moc! I didn't think that this set was going to get any better, because i love the original, but you totally took it to the next level!!! I love the colours and all the details. Amazing job!!!
Thank you so so much!! I loved the original too but for my city scape it needed the height. I wanted the same kind of look and colours the original had because this is a great set. Thank you for watching 💖
I love this soooo much! Everything about this is spectacular. I love the disco ball and the palm trees in the front of the building! The palm trees fit perfectly!
That disco ball worked out sooooo good!! That was a must to put in. The palm trees just finish off this whole build and give it that party vibe. Thank you so much for watching 💖
Thank you so very much! This was not an easy build to do as there were so many hurdles to overcome with the parts I had. Thank you again for your support 😀
I love this MOC! Your design is so eye catching (better than Lego's) and the palm trees are awesome! I especially love that there are 2 bowling alleys, 1 just isn't enough! The second floor gives loads of room for all the arcades and games! Love all 3 floors and all the great little details! Your MOCs are always so impressive!! 🤩 PS the little light disco ball is so effective! PPS DJ Tempo has landed the perfect job in the perfect setting!! 👍🏻
Thank you so much! The trans neon windows needed to be showcased as they are so unique in a city build and not space!! There needed to be 2 bowling alleys for sure and the arcade area has a variety of games. That disco light was sooooo perfect for this build 😆 and DJ Tempo has found a permanent residence now and is only touring in the bus now 😂
@@JoJosBrickTime yes i love those neon windows too! The colour reminds me so much of vintage space sets so the colour makes me feel nostalgic. Wish Lego made lights like those....
Oh thank you, I do love rebuilding the sets, I never used to rebuild them because they had to be exactly like the original!! Now I can't stop! I will rebuild the diner one day, just need to find time!
Oh wow! This is absolutely amazing! I love your work. You give every moc great details. The colours make it look even better once complete 🤩 Would definitely roll in that disco 🪩 Great video!
Thank you very much! I love how these colours come together, this set looks so good 3 storys now as it draws your eye up with the fluro details 🤩 It's the hang out place now in my city 😆💃
This is awesome!!! So much detail in the space but the space was used well! Love the little drink with the straw on the first floor-very clever! Also love all your arcade games on the second floor and can't go wrong with a dance party on the third! Good use of that disco light 😍😍 definitely a place I'd like to go and I'd enjoy every floor I think!! Well done!! 💕🇨🇦
Thanks so much! 😊 I wanted to cram in as much stuff as I could!!! It's definitely the place to hang out now!!! The arcade floor was fun to make with different games and the party dance floor is the place to go to finish off the fun!!! That flashing light is so good! (my lighthouse didn't need it!) Thank you so much for watching 💖
Great work, looks awesome, great how you kept the details you liked , I especially love the second floor fit out with all the games, really cool. Overall a really cool looking moc with excellent features. Good job on the moc and of the video 😁👍🏻👍🏻
Thank you!!! I love keeping ideas from the original set but just giving it a bit of ooomf. The arcade section was out of my usual builds so I enjoyed building something different. Thank you so much for enjoying and watching 😍👍
With how you placed the bowling alley I can't help but to laugh and cackle at it in a good way. Imagine someone is bowling, hard cut to outside, BOWLING BALL SLAMS OUT THE WINDOW But if you don't mind a suggestion, for some of the arcade cabinets, if you use plates and jumpers, you can bundle them up closer against each other at angles to feel more natural so it doesn't feel like it's too on a grid. But that skylight is CLEVER!! I'm gonna have to steal that for myself LOL I'm trying to build a similar arcade myself, only I'm trying to avoid having it be muli-storied. I've just never been to an arcade that had multiple floors.
haha, I've used bullet proof glass there!!! This was the only way to fit the alley in and use up the parts I had for this and to make it look aesthetically pleasing from the front. I will try and use jumper plates to angle some of the games, thanks for the tip :-) I build almost all my buildings multi storey to try and cram as much into my city as I have limited space and they look great displayed. We have multi storey arcades here in Aus with lots of games and areas to eat and drink. Thank you for watching
@@JoJosBrickTime Oh yeah, since I'm doing a one floor plan, it's gonna be a touch more tighter for me in there. I was gonna have the arcade, a single blowing lane, and the dance floor. But that little juice bar is brilliant! I might have to steal that but make it even smaller. I'm gonna have my bowling alley in the back, I'm buying extra parts so I can make it work! And the instead the dance floor will be at front! I still really love yours alot, it has me tempted in maybe I should at least do a second floor. Maybe I'll move the juice bar and dance place there instead and I can have two bowling alleys now. But I hope that suggestion with the jumpers help you! It's what I love doing to get angles for furniture, decorations or get some stuff to be off center!
Buying parts is always fun and gets expensive as you just keep loading up the cart!!! (that's what happens to me!) Try building the 2 floors with the dance party and bar upstairs and if it doesn't work for you just rebuild it, that's the best thing about LEGO, you can change it up if you get bored or have a new idea. I love getting suggestions and ideas from others!!!@@Garinovitch
@@JoJosBrickTime Buying parts is so much fun, getting a nice back log of parts to use for the future is nice but it AAAAAAAAAAGH MY WALLET. But yeah it's great to talk about these things with people! At first I was just gonna keep it one floor even if I'll struggle with space, but after seeing your video, it has me reconsidering! I'm working on plans right now as we speak!! I just love the Friends theme SO MUCH it's so much fun to work with and design with. I feel the City theme is just... Kinda eh? Like, it feels bland but not in a bad way but more in a safe way. But Friends has so much personality and almost all the sets gives me inspiration to work with and modify.
I completely understand about spending money on parts and sets and parts!!! Friends is what got me back into LEGO and it took me many years to get the courage to rebuild sets into MOCs rather than keeping them exactly like the instructions! Have fun building, creating and planning your new build. Friends is definitely filled with personality and interesting details!!!@@Garinovitch
I really love this set but feel it looks low in my city! What you've done is amazing! It looks fantastic and each level has sp much detail! I see now why you had all the game shorts! I love love love this! Also the characters you've added are great!
Thank you so much! I agree it is kind of lost in a city as it's only 1 level but now it totally fits into my street!! I love the colours of this build, they just pop. Did you notice yourself on the dance floor???!!!! 😉😂
Thank you so so much! It was hard to picture this in my head and then build it so a lot of pulling apart happened with this build! Appreciate you subscribing and supporting my little channel 😀
I don't typically watch videos that aren't TH-cam shorts but I was so compelled when I saw this!! I love everything about your build, no complaints! But the music is a bit loud compared to the voiceover so it's hard to hear what you're saying over it, great vid tho!
I'm glad I could convert you to a full video!! Thank you for taking the time to watch. This build took me a long time to get right with the pieces I had so thank you for liking. I make the music that volume to try and hide my voice a little 😊
Great place to hang out for my Friends 🥰
Let me know what you think? ❤
Well for me I think this looks amazing and I also did this at my lego land
@@Emerald_melscandycane4 you rebuilt your too?! Amazing 🤩
@@martinofamily2009 Thank you so much! I think the palm trees give it the party vibe 🥳 I want to hang out here too, well my mini doll does!! 😂
Mabe she can and also when I watched the full video I went to get it at Walmart because I am at Miami it is beautiful here
