The ABC/TV5 compound in Novaliches is still active. That serves as their secondary studio and office as the main is now in Reliance, Mandaluyong. Shopwise Araneta has already moved to the new Gateway Mall 2. Coincidentally, the Araneta Group will bring back Fiesta Carnival in their original location- the old Shopwise. But according to someone I talked to from one of the establishments there, it will only be temporary. The whole building, the whole compound, will eventually be demolished to make way for what they call the City Plaza. The Araneta Bus Terminal that burned down has been turned into a parking lot, and also a terminal for modern jeeps
SM City Ortigas is currently being renovated because they are making way to a The National University Complex ( Knowed as NU) Also they built a giant 2nd floor metal parking lot near the Anytime Fitness and they currently updated the logo facade I thought the 3rd floor was gonna be like a giant Kidzonna or even more shops but it turns out it was a school complex so thats all I know about SM East Ortigas and btw I live like a few miles away from there and Sta Lucia and Marcos Hwy! Note: This took me 5 mins to make lol 😂 Thats all I know! BYE! ;)
